The Council agreed to apologise and complete an assessment to remedy the injustice.

The Council has agreed to remedy this injustice by: apologising; making payments to recognise the upset caused by living in unsuitable accommodation and uncertainty caused by its other failures; confirming its response to later complaint issues; and making service improvements.

The Council has agreed to apologise, make a symbolic payment and complete a care and support plan with Mr B. It has also agreed to make service improvements.
