• The Council has agreed to amend the domestic abuse and management transfer policies to reflect that atenant does not have to end their tenancy to be owed the main housing duty.
• The Council has agreed to provide training and/or guidance to relevant staff to ensure that existingtenants fleeing domestic abuse can retain Band A management transfer priorityregardless of any homelessness duties owed.
