What I found
- Mr X complained to us about how the Council dealt with his application for sheltered housing. While we were assessing Mr X’s complaint, he let us know that he did not wish to pursue it any further.

- My decision is that the Ombudsman will not investigate Mr X’s complaint as Mr X does not wish to pursue it further.
