Summary: We cannot investigate this complaint about a school’s actions relating to welfare visits. This is because the law does not allow us to investigate complaints about a school’s actions.

The complaint

  1. X complained to the Council because they had been visited at work, by school staff, completing welfare visits, while their child was out of school. X said they found the visits humiliating.
