Summary: We cannot investigate this complaint about information the Council provided during court proceedings. This is because the law prevents us from investigating complaints about what happens in court.
The complaint
- Ms X complained the Council filed inaccurate and misleading information during family court proceedings.
- Ms X said this caused distress.
- Ms X wants the Council to apologise, compensate her and for the social worker who wrote the report to be deregistered.
