Its transport panel also failed to properly consider Mrs X’s request for transport costs for some of Y’s other provision. It also delayed issuing Y’s amended EHC Plan following an annual review. The Council agreed to apologise to Mrs X and make a payment for the injustice caused. It will also carry out service improvements and reconsider Mrs X’s request for transport reimbursement.
