LGO staff have worked together to refresh the organisation’s core values.
Local Government Ombudsman, Dr Jane Martin, said:
“The LGO’s culture has always been built on strong core values, and a determination to put things right for people who have suffered. Refreshing our values is about harnessing this common spirit to good effect for each other and the people who use our service.
"I hope our fresh approach - Listen; Understand; Communicate; Learn - will soon become a touchstone for all our staff to help them continue to provide the best possible service and effectively remedy injustice."
