Complaint Handling Code: Align. Act. Deliver.

This module is only available to officers who have completed our Effective Complaint Handling course since April 2025.

Aimed at officers and managers responsible for complaint procedures.

The course will focus on how organisations can align their local policies with our Complaint Handling Code.

Please note that the module will not be about the Code itself. Delegates are expected to be familiar with this guidance already.

  • Format:  Online via MS Teams
  • Duration:  2 hours  (10am – 12 noon)
  • Cost:  £35 per delegate
  • Delegate numbers:   Maximum two officers per council on each date
