Statement Upheld Special educational needs 16-Apr-2025
Summary: Mrs X complained the Council had failed to provide education and support for her son (Y) when he could not attend school. We found fault with the Council. This fault caused injustice to Y as he missed out on the support he needed and to Mrs X.
