Service improvements

The Council should amend its policy as necessary to ensure it investigates complaints of noise nuisance in accordance with its statutory duties.The Council should publicise locally the changes it has made to its policy, making clear that it will investigate those complaints it has previously refused to investigate if the nuisance complained of recurs or is ongoing.
