This is because an investigation would not lead to any different findings or outcomes.

    Statement Upheld Safeguarding 09-May-2024

Summary: We will not investigate this complaint about adult social care. So, an Ombudsman investigation is unlikely to lead to a different outcome.

    Statement Upheld Child protection 27-May-2024

Summary: Mr X complained about the way the council dealt with child protection proceedings. However, we are satisfied with the action the Council has taken to remedy this.
