Online Complaint Service availability

Our online complaint service will be partially closed over the Spring bank holiday weekend.

Between 5pm on Friday 23 May and 9am on Tuesday 27 May:

Existing account holders will be able to log in and do everything except register a new complaint
New visitors will not be able to register an account and should return when the service is fully open again on 27 May
