Online Complaint Service availability

We will not be taking new complaints over the Christmas break, although existing online account holders will still be able to log in.

After 5pm on Wednesday 24 December:

New visitors cannot register an account to start submitting a complaint
Existing account holders can log in and do everything except submit a new complaint

After 9am on Friday 2 January 2026 our online complaint service will be fully open as normal.
