Financial Rewards
We pay competitive salaries, which increase through annual progression within our pay scales as well as nationally agreed pay awards. We also have two staff recognition schemes that reward outstanding contributions at work.

Holiday
We offer a minimum of 26 paid holiday days (more depending on position), increasing with service, plus all public and bank holidays.

We offer a flexi-time system and many of our people choose to work mostly from home but using our offices for catching up and meetings (hybrid working).
