Our ‘Complaints Confident’ campaign helps care providers create clear, transparent and accessible complaints processes with effective signposting. These assist in building trust and stronger relationships with customers, their families and local communities.

To support this campaign, we have developed a free online toolkit containing useful resources to assist providers in becoming ‘Complaints ’Confident'.
