    Statement Upheld Enforcement 25-Feb-2020

The enforcement situation has been protracted and difficult in this case, but we found there was no fault by the Council. There was delay in the way the Council responded to Mrs X’s complaint. It apologised for this which we considered to be a reasonable response to this issue.
