£20,611 to £23,123 per annum (Pay Award pending)

As an Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers looking to bring their complaint to us.
Your job will be to manage expectations about the role of the LGSCO and what we can or cannot do for our customers.
You will do this by processing information, on the telephone, electronically or in writing to update our casework management system.
