10 Communication

10.1 Daily Communication

The ITLs will rotate responsibility for arranging the day’s resources on a weekly basis. Each morning the ITL will send out an email briefing the team on the following:

  • Previous days/weeks performance
  • Any work that may be outstanding
  • Advisor absence
  • Office attendance
  • Embedded investigator rota
  • Rota responsibilities
  • Any other business

10.2 Team Meetings

Team meetings will be held each month.

Agenda’s will be circulated in advance and advisors will be asked for their suggestions. Standing items will be the discussion of any recently issued organisational ‘talking points’ and changes uniquely affecting the team.

Minutes and actions will be published and kept in the shared drive for everyone to access.
