New Joint Report with PHSO issued

We have published a joint report with the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman (PHSO) into Reading Borough Council and the former Berkshire West Primary Care Trust.

The complaint was made by Mrs H about the care provided to her late uncle, Mr K, at a care home that provided intermediate care and long-term dementia care. The care home was run jointly by the council and the Trust
