The minutes from the third meeting of our advisory forum which took place on 4 July are now available.
The forum, believed to be the first of its kind for a public sector ombudsman advises on the accessibility of the LGO service, provides direct feedback on the user experience and shares views to make sure that the LGO’s services meet the needs of all its users.
The forum is made up of a majority stake of members of the public. Alongside these, there are representatives from local authorities as well as those who act as advocates for the public.
