My assessment

  1. A planning application for a number of dwellings was made in June 2022. Mr X complains on behalf of the Parish Council about the way the Council dealt with the matter.
  2. However, the Ombudsman cannot investigate complaints made on behalf of public bodies such as Parish Councils. The complaint is therefore out of jurisdiction.
