Summary: We cannot investigate this complaint about the Council’s decision to form a Mayoral Combined Authority with another council. This is because it is a matter that affects all or most of the people in the Council’s area.
The complaint
- Mr X complains about the Council’s decision to form a Mayoral Combined Authority. Mr X says the decision will affect the population of the local area and that there is no clear mandate in place. Mr X wants the Council to hold a referendum.
