1. Mrs X complains the Council has not supplied information she requested through a subject access request. Mrs X complains the Council has ignored her request and accused her of harassment in attempt to frighten and distress her.

My assessment

5. The Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) is the UK’s independent authority on data protection matters and is best placed to consider how the Council has responded to Mrs X’s information request. For this reason, we will not investigate.
