Our main leaflet: Complained to the council? Still not satisfied? gives basic information about what we do and how to make a complaint to us. It is also available in large print and a version in EasyRead.
We have a poster in an A4 and an A3 format, which publicises our service, and an A1 size wallchart for advisers - this is a condensed version of the information included in the Guide for Advisers on this website. These are all available to order on our publications order form.
We also have a leaflet specifically relating to adult social care complaints called How to complaint about a care home or care in your home - self-funded or council-funded. This also comes in large print and EasyRead versions. We also have a downloadable poster relating to adult social care complaints.
In addition, we have a leaflet aimed at independent providers of adult social care, which explains our role in dealing with complaints about this sector.
Our leaflet: Training in complaint handling gives details of the courses we provide for local authorities.
Our leaflet: Complaints by children and young people is aimed at advocates and advisers about our special service for dealing with complaints from children and young people.
Our Casebook: Children and Young People explains in more detail the type of complaints we deal with and gives examples of successful cases.
