the summary annual accounts; full annual accounts are also
available below. To accompany the report, more detailed
statistical data is published here (which is not available
in the report itself). Printed versions of the annual report
are available, on request.

You can also download full complaint statistics by local authority
as an Excel spreadsheet, and a similar table of full complaint
statistics for schools (these do not appear in the annual review
or report).
