If a complaint relates to the actions of a provider before our jurisdiction was widened in October 2010, we will consider whether it is a continuing issue. We will be unable to investigate some things that happened before that date, but will look at the facts in each case before we decide.
We must be clear that there is an injustice that links to what you think the provider has done wrong. We don’t take the case on where there is insignificant injustice.
